Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Beoned Ltd for your use of jobespy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them.

In these terms, “jobespy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Beoned Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. “You” means the person using the service.

The service

jobespy is a tool for running a job search: planning it, tracking the roles, companies and people involved, tailoring applications, and managing outreach over the time a real search takes. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

You need an account to use jobespy. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@jobespy.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. You must give accurate account information and be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use jobespy lawfully and reasonably. You must not:

• Use it to send spam, harassment, or unlawful, deceptive or harmful messages.
• Break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or misuse other people’s personal data.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service, or use it to build a competing product by copying it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Outreach and connected mail

jobespy can help you draft and send outreach through a mail account you connect. You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the rules of your mail provider and with applicable law, including on unsolicited messages and data protection. We send a message only when you explicitly confirm it; we never send on your behalf without that confirmation.

AI-assisted features

Some features use AI to help you, for example tailoring a CV or drafting a message. These are aids, not authorities. The output is a suggestion for you to review, edit and approve before you use or send it. You are responsible for what you choose to send or submit. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

Your content

Your job-search content is yours. You keep all rights in it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you, including sending it to the service providers described in our privacy policy (such as our hosting and AI providers) for that purpose. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you put into jobespy.

Payment

Some plans are paid. If you subscribe, you agree to the price and billing period shown at sign-up. Paid plans may begin with a free trial; if you do not cancel during the trial, the plan continues and you are charged for the first period. Fees are billed in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise or we say so, are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of any price change.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period unless the law requires it. You can also close your account, which ends your right to use the service.

Availability

We work to keep jobespy available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice of significant changes.

Liability

jobespy is a tool to help you run your job search. We do not guarantee any outcome, including that you will get interviews, offers or a job. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, opportunity or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using jobespy at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop providing the service. Terms that by their nature should survive (such as those on content rights, liability and payment owed) continue after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continuing to use jobespy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
